Since I work on a lot of still ads for them I thought I would come up with and create a sample animation. Have you ever wondered what a baseball is actually made of? This curiousity sparked my interest to "unravel" a baseball and have the strings twist, turn, and wrap to form the Under Armour logo. With a non-descript, dramatic background and killer texturing, the viewer travels with the strings on their path to form the logo. I was responsible for the concept, animation, look development, texturing, materials, lighting and rendering. compositing was done by Karna Nelson.
